Meeting Minutes – December 14, 2011
Members Present:
Bill Strait, William Clay, John Kemmett, Robert Sears, Laura Fitzgerald-Kemmett, David Harris, Allan Clemons and Patty Norton

Meeting Called to Order:
7:05PM
Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes:
Minutes for November 16, 2011 meeting were reviewed and approved 8-0.
Chair Report:
- Laura announced that a new secretary has been hired and will begin her duties shortly. Her name is Eileen Burke.
- Reviewed the PR plan. Noted that this is something that Eileen will take over. Bill Clay to email the brochure to her and Laura.
- Review the current financial status.
Old Business:
Committee reviewed the status of the Assessor’s project which is now complete. We received an update on the Bonney House project as well.
New Business:
We received a pre-application from the Hanson Housing Authority. Bob Sears made a motion with John Kemmett seconding to approve the application. It was voted 8-0 to approve the pre-application.
Next Meeting: January 18, 2012
Adjournment:
Patty Norton made a motion, (David Harris seconded), to adjourn the meeting at 8:20pm. The motion passed 8-0.
